The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administration responsibilities of our busy Human Resources office including but not limited to; I-9 management through E-Verify, employee database entry, background processing, maintaining open job positions and postings, filing and new hire paperwork. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and extremely strong computer skills.

Essential Functions:

Support local recruitment by maintaining job postings and applicant management processes
Complete reference and background checks per company standards.
Process DOL requests for information and verifications of employment.
Assist employees with registering to use the employee portal
Process and file new hire paperwork.
Assist with J1 and H2B recruitment and housing administration processes.
I-9 management through E-Verify.
Employee database entry through EIS.
Maintaining employee files to standard.
Assisting with rent processing and tracking
Assisting with all recordkeeping

Qualifications

Experience in Hotels and/or Hospitality preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
College degree in (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Human Resources or Business) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Computer proficiency; to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills, Windows, Employment tracking systems.
Experience in: E-Verify, EIS, ADP and Kronos is encouraged but not required.
