The Area Talent (Recruiting) Manager is responsible for recruiting talent for " A Seattle Collection ", a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle. The right candidate must have a proven track record in high volume recruiting and focus on placing the highest quality candidates. This individual will also be responsible for making recommendations on talent within the organization and assisting with workforce planning for all properties.
The Area Talent Manager is a brand advocate for the company and ensures that the candidate and hiring manager have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process. Area Recruiters have a strong foothold in the local community and understand the local labor market. The Area Talent Manager will engage with our Community Based Organizations and foster positive relationships in sourcing talent. The selected candidatecan be home based in the local market with frequent visits to area properties and hiring events.
