The Human Resources team is responsible for evolving our culture of Care and guiding our Behaviors to Build: Empathy, Prioritizing Wellbeing, Practice Inclusion and Experiment. We are a business partner expected to collaborate with Operations so that we as a hotel achieve our business goals.
This highly visible role assists in the planning of the HR function and is heavily involved in executing HR initiatives to include payroll administration, benefits reconciliation, workers compensation claims, safety awareness & compliance, learning & development, data entry/data integrity and data analytics. This role will also manage the candidate experience by assisting with workforce planning, recruiting efforts, staffing, facilitating interviews, selection process, and hiring/onboarding new colleagues.
This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have theability to runa human resource office in the Director's absence. Qualifications are as follows:
