The ideal candidate for theHuman Resources Manager position will haveexperience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include compliance, leave administration, workers compensation and policy formation. This individual will also collaborate on benefit administration, recruitment and retention, employeerelations, counseling, safety and training/development. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have theability to runa human resource office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred (operations or administrative)
- 2 or more years of human resources experience required,managementexperience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Federal and local employment laws and regulations required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
