Implementing and supporting an effective training strategy and plan to meet the business objectives of the hotel and the development needs of associates
Implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of core learning & development modules
Identifying training needs and partner with business partners to ensure departmental training occurs in each department
Supporting the Service Coaches by facilitating regular meetings, keeping them motivated and ensuring appropriate recognition is accorded to them
Maintaining the Leaning Suitee, equipment and materials and ensuring training records are kept up to date
Assist in administration tasks and support in recruitment

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Will possess an appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of differing education levels
Experience working in a Human Resources environment
Completed Hospitality or Human Resources Diploma or Degree
Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions
Experience in Training (Certificate IV) is desired
