Some of the responsibilities include:

To ensure that Health Club is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional and flexible service at all times.
To prepare yearly budget and monthly forecasts and schedule resources accordingly
To ensure that the department's operational budget is in line and all cost are strictly controlled.
To implement and monitor all systems of stock control and inventory for all operating areas within the Health Club.
To ensure an effective payroll control through a flexible work force maximizes utilization of part time associates.
To ensure all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Supervise the employees within the department and train them on the correct standards.
To take charge of spa membership acquisition and renewal procedures.
To maintain guest database and consistent guest recognition program.
Work with advertising and promotion as required.

Qualifications

2 + years of experience in a similar role
Refined written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English)
Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sales systems
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized, have strong leadership skills
A commitment to health and wellness
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail along with exceptional organizational and time management
The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five-star grooming standards
