Description
The digital marketing team at Hyatt is a nimble group that executes and consults on marketing performance across a variety of stakeholders within the organization. Core functions of the group include driving revenue growth through the execution of digital performance marketing, driving brand preference in collaboration with brand leaders, and partnering closely with field marketing teams.
We are looking for an analytical digital marketing professional to help expand our marketing analytics capabilities to develop a deeper understanding of marketing impact in order to continue to drive revenue growth. This role will report into the Director of digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Build analytics capabilities and processes across digital marketing responsibilities including paid search, paid meta, paid social, programmatic and organic media.
Lead development of comprehensive and cohesive reporting providing actionable insights weekly, monthly, and quarterly on digital marketing performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to create dashboards, reports and visualizations that can used across digital marketing teams to inform their efforts.
Partner with the web analytics and data science teams to streamline marketing tagging, and ensure consistency across internal reporting and analytics.
Develop new measurement frameworks due to third party cookie deprecation.
Build infrastructure to enable marketing analytics and self-serve capabilities across paid and owned channels data.
Spearhead analytics projects such as incrementality and campaign studies, demonstrating the impact digital media has on brand sentiment, bookings, and revenue
Build, monitor and govern digital marketing audiences across first, second and third-party data assets utilizing multiple digital marketing platforms
Differentiate and create first party audiences across campaigns, platforms, brands, and regions in partnership with media, brand, loyalty, field, and regional teams
Partner closely with the web analytics team to streamline digital marketing tagging needs for a variety of stakeholders [i.e., manage third party pixels]

Qualifications
Experience
6+ years of experience working in analytics and digital marketing
Proven track record of building and implementing marketing analytics insights and consistent measurement framework across digital marketing channels
Experience with web analytics and tag management platforms [i.e., Adobe analytics, Tealium]
Robust analytical and excel skills, familiarity with SQL and tableau is a plus
Naturally curious with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends
Has a deep understanding of digital marketing and media landscape, identity management and CRM
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
Team player that works well with counterparts from various functions/departments
Education
Bachelor's Degree in business, communications or related
