The Marketing Manager is a strategic marketer with a strong business background and innate creativity. This Manager partners well, works effectively in a changing environment and welcomes challenges.
This Manager will be responsible for helping to shape the marketing strategy and for overseeing the day-to-day execution of initiatives for our list of partnerships. This includes Small Luxury Hotels of the World, MGM Hotels, American Airlines, Lindblad and more. All marketing efforts focus on promoting World of Hyatt's partnership roster to increase retention and out of stay relevancy; extending distribution and the ways members are rewarded beyond our hotels.
This role will also support the marketing communications and activations for our experiential platform FIND.
All these initiatives include creating targeted, multi-channel campaigns, analyzing campaign results and developing recommendations for future initiatives. This Manager uses a myriad of marketing tactics including direct marketing, digital, social, events, stunts, promotions, PR, influencers and more. All of this includes close collaboration with the partnership team, PR/comms, IT, legal, digital, field marketing, global regions, program training and operations.
