The OperationsTraining Manager is responsible for all departmental training and ongoing support within our Operations division. Thismanager is responsible for service performance of colleagues and their ability to deliver on Park Hyatt and overall Hyatt standards. The key tothis roleis consistent"on the spot" coaching with a primary focus on developing and executing a comprehensive, long-term training agenda for Operations. This position is not a Monday through Friday role and will be scheduled various hours based upon operational need to drive overall service. It is a very active position with the majority of its time spent on the floor coaching and training.
