You will assist the of Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources function, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to whilst ensuring that all employee records are kept up to date and securely. The Personnel Officer actively participates in the hotel's employee welfare programs.
Ideally with a relevant Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' work experience as a HR Officer in a large operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
