Frolik Kitchen+Cocktailsis an award winning rooftop restaurant and bar located in theMotif Seattle,aDestination by Hyatthotel in downtown Seattle.Frolik shakes up the traditional approach toRegional American cuisine by adding a signature PNW flairto each dish, exposing the Seattle dining scene to a fresh way to mingle, socialize and amuse the senses.

We are currently seeking a Seasonal PM Server to join our team!

ThePM Serveris responsible for presenting menus and serving food and beverages during our dinner hours. Servers gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.The right candidate will provide high-quality service, which includesengaging in casual conversation and creatingthe restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.Other responsibilities include assistingwith all other front of house duties for our dinner operation.

RATE OF PAY $14.49/hr + service charge share.Historically, the average service charge share for servers has been around$28.50/hr.

Qualifications

Prior server experience highly preferred
Ability to work a part-time flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, andstand for long periods of time
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
