You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
You will be responsible for the below:
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources and ensure implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain all applications, screen, and interview applicants for suitable positions.
- Monitor all visas and immigration activities when necessary and audit passports and immigration papers of foreign national employees.
- Ensure smooth and efficient administrative support for new hires to onboard.
