WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME regency VIP club lounge-attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front Office Team and learn about the Hospitality Industry, engage with our VIP and frequent stay members and develop new skills.You do not need to have any previous work experience. The Hyatt Calgary family will provide you with training and coaching to show you everything you need to know about working in a Regency VIP Club Lounge.

What is expected of me in this role

You will welcome guests
You will learn to make reservations and recommendations for guests
You will learn to refresh food and beverage products in the lounge
Keep the Regency Lounge clean
As this role will involve stocking of alcohol you will need to obtain your Proserve Certification. We can help show you how you can do this
Shifts will be available 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday starting mornings at 530am and ending at 12 pm, evenings starting at 415pm and ending at 1045pm
