This position plays a major role in the design, programming, testing, implementation, and support for integrations for our Workforce Management System which administers Time & Attendance, Paid Time Off, and Labor Management. The Workforce Management Interface Analyst will partner with various Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll/Tax groups to ensure that all interfaces are processed correctly and contain accurate information. Works under general supervision and usually reports to a project leader or manager. The following highlights the key job duties:

• Perform systems-related needs assessment for interfaces
• CreateSQL scripting/programming principally in MSSQL, or Oracle to support testing and interfaces
• Create and readstored procedures, select statement and write parameters, complex joinsand views for complex interfaces
• Create and execute test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications
• Gathers and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
• Estimate effort and resource requirements and coordinate test plans to ensure work is consistent with development and deployment schedules
• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
• Partner with team to provide technical assistance and to resolve complex problems
• Actively participate and implements continuous improvement to the overall QA environment and process

• Strong experience in developing and executing manual testing for Software Applications
• Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, and Release Management)
• Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and familiarity with Agile SDLC
• Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community and resolve data and application issues
• Experience managing multiple tasks and/or projects at the same time
• Experience with interface and integration development with the KRONOS/UKG application preferred but not required
• 2 years of SQL experience in developing and supporting database architecture to create or enhance enterprise level applications and interfaces
• 2 years Architecting and implementing mission critical, high performance transactional Microsoft SQL databases

• Associate'sDegree in Computer Science or course work emphasis in programming and/or system design, preferred
• 3+ years related work experience in testing or quality assurance

• MSSQL
• KRONOS/UKG System experience preferred but not required
