We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservations Sales Host to join our team and contribute to the exceptional guest experiences we offer.
As a Reservations Sales Host, you will be the first point of contact for our potential guests, ensuring their initial experience is seamless and tailored to their needs. Your role involves managing guest reservations, providing detailed information about our villas and services, and ensuring a smooth booking process. You will also collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and maximize occupancy.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing reservations and guest information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and software such as Opera, or similar platforms.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
