Minimum starting wage of $22.00. Earn up to $1,000 in incentives per month.

Qualifications
Serve as an ambassador of Destination Residences Hawaii; Answer high volume of phone calls and emails in busy office. Produce booking reports in timely manner. Process credit card payments on a daily basis.

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
Ability to interact with owners, guests, travel agents, and wholesalers on a daily basis with courtesy and ability to perform tasks to the best of your ability
Must be capable of sitting for seven hours and standing for one hour
Must be capable of lifting 10 pounds frequently, 20 pounds infrequently
Must be able to operate the following equipment:
Telephone and features, ie transfer, hold, park, etc.
Credit card and swipe
Office equipment, including but not limited to: telephone, adding machine, computer (PC), copier, printers
Systems - Springer Miller Software, Navis Narrowcast, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer, Google Chrome
Excellent organization and time management skills
Interpersonal skills required
Excellent listening skills required
Personality characteristics must include being personable, respectful, ethical, trustworthy, self-motivated, diplomatic and confident.
