The Resort Activities Agent will be responsible for assisting guests in scheduling activities throughout the property and surrounding area. This person must have good communication skills and can work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (shifts vary based on business levels and range from 7:00am-9:00pm)
Candidates should feel comfortable using computers and have basic working knowledge
Previous customer service experience preferred.
