F&B Team Leader
Our Food and Beverage Team Leader plays a big role in the Food & Beverage division and is very versatile. You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with our Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader is responsible to assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the meals are delivered efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
In this position you will lead our team and help to serving during open hours. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. You will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by its style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, or barista at your favorite coffee shop and you managed team before and we'd love to hear from you!
