Responsibilities include being the advocate for our hotels to ensure that technology does not hinder our colleagues from providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to our guests. This includes being responsible for evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable business and technical solutions to assist hotels.
Additional responsibilities include defining new solutions to support operations and documenting new system implementations.
Define performance objectives and determine acceptable use of applications
Accurately represent rooms business needs to the project team for hotel delivery and colleague adoption
Document and execute the design of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios
Provide recommendations for procedural improvements toward existing and new solutions
Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes during the product or procedural investigation
Overseeing standardization of application supporting business needs
5+ years of experience in hospitality management, Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, or Recreation. With experience with hotel application usage and business impact. While not a traveling job, this role could require travel globally to champion the support of our hotel operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience with Opera PMS, HotSOS, Zingle, Colleague Advantage
