Description
The Operational Service - Rooms (OSR) team is the advocate for our hotels to ensure that technology does not hinder our colleagues from providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to our guests. As the Product Analyst for Operational Services, the colleague will be responsible for evaluating organizational needs and recommending suitable business and technical solutions to assist hotels. This position will assist the Senior Manager in the prioritization of development initiatives, communication with the vendor for Hyatt Rooms systems core products. Colleague will also help identify SLA metrics and will help maintain global standards, identify testing processes, documentation, and signoffs forms. Core responsibility will be defining new solutions to support operations and document new system implementations and deployments.
The subject matter expert (SME) will also serve as an advisor to support Corporate Revenue, Finance, and Commercial Service, technical teams to guide strategic initiatives, share high-level insights, and assist with project developments, deployment, and support. The ideal candidate will be able to help standardize and lead business-related and project deployment activities for specific applications. In this role, the individual will be the representative for Hyatt Corporate Office.
This colleague will be responsible for the oversight of systems - Hyatt Mobile application, Opera, HotSOS, Colleague Advantage, Zingle, Sertifi, Payment applications.
Responsibilities
Define performance objectives and determine acceptable use of application.
Provide recommendations for procedural improvements towards existing and new solutions.
Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes during product or procedural investigation.
Accurately represent Rooms business needs to the project team for hotel delivery and colleague adoption.
Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the product(s) or service(s) that the success factors consultant will produce.
Document and execute design of UAT cases and scenarios.
Consulting across business operations and contributing specialized knowledge.
Overseeing standardization of application supporting business needs.
Manage relationships between Hyatt and vendors/partners, creating standards and finding best available products and companies to work with.
Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.

Qualifications
Experience
Requires five or more year's related managerial experience in hospitality management, Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, Recreation.
Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert for hospitality
Strong process management experience
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement
Vendor management experience
Ability to perform analysis, define new processes to improve services for our hotel colleagues as it relates to the Hyatt Property Systems
Must be familiar with hotel application usage and business impact. Experience with Hyatt PMS, POS, or Guest Service Systems
