The Senior Analyst, Commercial Services Finance will assist in the Financial Planning function for the following critical areas at Hyatt:
Commercial Services Projects
Other areas as needed
The position will focus partnering with the functional areas supported to provide analytical inside and overall financial support for these areas, which represent part of the overall Commercial Services annual spend.
Analysis of results to explain variances to budgets and forecasts.
Preparation of the forecasting and budgeting templates for the functions.
Collaborating with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure actuals are recorded appropriately.
Liaison with various members of the functional teams to assist with their needs as they work to complete forecast/budget templates.
Work to continually improve all financial control processes for these functions
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

Three years of experience in a public company
Experience preparing reporting packages for business leaders
Hospitality experience preferred, not required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CPA preferred, not required
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Strong Excel skills required; Oracle and Hyperion experience strongly preferred
