Responsibilitiesof Servers:

• Appropriate phone etiquette to answer IRD inquiries and orders.
• Maintain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
• Submit guest menu selections and present these food and beverage preferences to the guest.
• Maintains an awareness of food and product information, merchandise promotions, special offers and advertisements.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at the POS system.
• Other duties include general preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Communicates customer requests to co-workers and/or management in a prompt, efficient manner where needed.
• Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed in order to ensure customer service.
• Reports to work on time and as assigned per the schedule ona regular, consistent basis.
• IRD Servers also restock mini bars as needed throughout the hotel.

Qualifications& Requirementsof Servers:

• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• At least 1+ years experience as a server preferred.
• Ability to anticipateand understand guests' needs, focusattention on service details and work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length.This position requires delivering food and beverage requests to rooms throughout the hotel.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.
• Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays.
