We are looking for servers to join our Sway & Polaris Restaurant Teams:
Sway is downtown Atlanta's signature Southern restaurant. Executive Chef Thomas McKeown serves delicious recipes drawn from family kitchens, neighborhood cookouts and Sunday dinners. Chef Thomas partners with more than 70 area farms, dairies and purveyors to serve the freshest local ingredients.
Polaris is Atlanta's legendary rotating rooftop restaurant & lounge, serving chef-inspired shared plates and classic, hand crafted cocktails in a unique rotating lounge with amazing panoramic views of the city. Polaris partners with more than 70 local purveyors for the best and freshest ingredients, and operates its own rooftop Bee Garden producing fresh honey for our cocktails and entrees. Polaris has hosted celebrities, special occasions and everyday memories for more than 50 years. Take a ride on our famous glass elevators, step into our breathtaking space, and make some memories for your own.
Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.
