As a member of the hotel Management team, the SMART & Earthcheck Coordinatoris a highly visible role with exposure to Engineering Department. This position reports to the Chief Engineer.

The SMART & Earthcheck Coordinator will be responsible for maintenance initiatives of the property. An individual with Create a blame free environment where mistakes and glitches are dealt with in professional and objective approach Actively communicate with co-workers, superiors & others department in any suitable occasion, ability to quickly identify potential request, needs and inconvenience and act promptly Smooth and charming approach suitable to operational and vendors.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

2 years previous Engineering experience in a 5 star hotel / luxury resort
Confident
Charismatic
Ability to convey his/her message across to be understood
Ability to listen to messages conveyed and understands the message objective
Manage difference of opinion with objectivity and not siding and act as buffer between staff and manager when discrepancy arise
Quick follow up on operational issues arise, do not have tendency to procrastinate
Open to mistakes as learning process, do not have the tendency to make excuses
Learn, understand, and be part of data collection and data administrator of Earthcheck related programs
