About the Role
As the Sous Chef, you will thrive working within a small team environment and fast paced operation. You will be well versed in event catering and will be to handle yourself well under pressure.
You will be given the culinary freedom to create menus and experiences that delight Park Hyatt clients.
You will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef and support in supervising and managing the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
