Position Summary
The Spa Manager at Spa Alila is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa operation, including guest service, team leadership, scheduling, budgeting, marketing support, and facility upkeep. This is a managerial role, but because we operate a smaller, highly personalized spa, it also requires a hands-on approach.
The Spa Manager must be willing and able to step into daily operational roles when needed-such as working at the spa desk, answering phones, checking in guests, or performing spa coordinator tasks-to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience. This individual leads by example and sets the tone for a calm, thoughtful, and welcoming spa environment.
