As the Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for the running of the Stewarding department according to the established standards of Hyatt Centric Melbourne, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times to internal customers.
The role does not involve any food preparation, though on occasion you may be required to assist the chefs with plate up.
Working in a small team of 5, you will support Jordan Monkhouse - Executive chef in supervising and managing the day to day operations of the business as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
