Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000; offers based on qualifying experience

The Stewarding Manager is an integral part of the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As a Stewarding Manager you will be responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties may include scheduling, management, and training of staff.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
• Must be able to lead and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
• 3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience preferred, especially in Culinary or Food & Beverage
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
