Job Description For Supervisor de Seguridad
Description
Dirigir y coordinar todas las actividades necesarias con el fin de garantizar la operación del Departamento de Seguridad, cuidar la integridad física y patrimonial de los huéspedes, empleados y visitantes así como de los intereses de la propiedad.
Qualifications
Será responsable que el personal de su área cumpla con los estándares de presentación personal y será ejemplo de ello.
Realizará sesiones uno a uno con los agentes a su cargo de manera mensual.
Apoyará en los planes de acción de acuerdo al resultado departamental de la Encuesta de Colaboradores.
Asegurará la operación adecuada del departamento de seguridad a través de la administración del personal asignado a cada turno.
Supervisará el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos en materia de seguridad en los diferentes puntos de control y posiciones en donde son asignados los agentes de seguridad (realizando recorridos en las diferentes áreas del hotel).
Supervisará los dispositivos especiales para la atención de eventos masivos o especiales dentro del Hotel, así como la atención a clientes VIP.
