About the roleTalent Acquisition Coordinator role
This is a multifaceted role that goes far beyond traditional day to day recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career in Talent Acquisition, and depending on one's preference, could lead to a future career in Human Resources.
This is a fast paced role where you will be supporting the recruitment activities of multiple properties and stakeholders, all at one time. Together with the Hotel HR teams and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will create and maintain partnerships with job boards, educational establishments and social enterprises. Presenting and showcasing Hyatt as an employer of choice is key part of this role, so you need to be comfortable in front of an audience.
Recruitment technology is constantly evolving, and you will keep up to date with the latest trends and be curious to source new ways of attracting candidates. You will be tech savvy and embrace digital recruitment streams, from online interviewing to social media campaigns. You will advise on best practise, and highlight areas of development and improvement. Previous experience in this area is not essential, but you will need to already have an interest in branding, marketing and social media platforms.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will own our Recruitment Hiring Events (Open Days), from the initial coordination right through to offering and post event communication with candidates and managers.
This role does entail quite a lot of administration, from posting adverts, preparing presentations and organising interviews. You will be comfortable interpreting data and preparing reports based on recruitment metrics.
