"Live It. Then Deliver It." You will make sure that wherever you look, it's spotlessly clean. Next to this, you are the role model for your colleagues at the Housekeeping Department. Your target is to maximize the employee productivity but still meet the guest expectations, deal with complaints and prevent them from happening again. This all is not new to you as you have dealt with this in your current/previous roles the past years and you can fluently communicate in German and English.
