Description
The Utility Engineer will be responsible for general maintenance repairs to hotel and trouble calls. Preventative maintenance of guest rooms and public areas is the main responsibility of this position. Basic troubleshooting skills required (electricity, plumbing, TV, HVAC, fire alarm, etc.) as well as experience with interior finishing methods(framing, drywall, paint, wallpaper, trim, tile, and carpet). Applicant will have at minimum 1 year of experience in these areas.
