Description:

Our ideal wellness instructor will organize and conduct wellness classes for all fitness levels while maintaining an enthusiastic and motivational presence. Accommodate both small and large groups. Promote other wellness classes and is fluent in all Wild Dunes offerings.

Plans and develops effective fitness classes
Maintains a safe and healthy exercise environment
Educates guests on proper techniques to avoid injury
Maintains a safe and healthy exercise environment

Assists with the promotion of fitness services at member/guest orientations
Maintains a strong knowledge of fitness trends
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently;kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
