Description
The World of Hyatt Program Operations Senior Manager,Asia Pacific, serves as a loyalty program champion responsible for driving loyalty operation excellence at properties across Asia Pacific. The role leads the development and implementation of a hotel training and engagement strategy to achieve regional loyalty goals, including but not limited to on-property member acquisition, activation, member experience and benefits delivery.
This colleague is also accountable for regional roll-out to World of Hyatt global initiatives to activate new program enhancements and benefits.
Reporting to the Director of World of Hyatt Program Operations, Asia Pacific, the role collaborates with cross functional global and regional teams including Operations, Commercial Services, Global Property and Guest Services (GPGS), Loyalty Marketing, as well as with other in-region stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Asia Pacific hotel training and engagement strategy to drive hotel loyalty performance to achieve regional loyalty KPI metrics.
• Manage and develop an ongoing strategy for the on-property World of Hyatt Specialists at over 150 Asia Pacific properties.
• Collaborate with Global Loyalty Leaders, Regional Operations, Insights, Development, Global Property and Guest Services, Loyalty Marketing and properties in the region to continuously identify operational gaps and implement appropriate tactics to ensure a consistent and impactful on-property experience for our members.
• Support the regional activation of new World of Hyatt policies and procedures by working collaboratively with World of Hyatt corporate team, regional and hotel leadership teams.
• Bring the Loyalty Marketing experiences such as brand partnership to life at the property level
• Act as the loyalty program subject matter expert to support regional initiatives and inquiries relating to World of Hyatt program.
Qualifications
Experience
• 5+ years project management experience
• 5+ years training or education experience
• 10+ years hotel operation experience
• 5+ years loyalty program operations experience
• Experience in organizing and facilitating training workshops in large and small settings
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Education
• University degree holder in Hospitality or related disciplines
