Description

The Role
As a Food and Beverage Attendant in the award winning Zephyr Rooftop Bar, you will be looking after your own section by taking guest orders, serving drinks and recommending menu items. The role will involve someone who has a friendly personality and able to think quickly with problem solving. The role will require you to be able multi-task and work quickly.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
• Relevant experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel or high end Cocktail Bar
• Strong service skills- carrying 3 plates and tray service
• Previous bar & floor experience in a similar environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to provide professional customer service friendly personality
