The team went home with the gold award for Hotel of the Year (3-star).
From several nominees this year, ibis One Central Dubai made it to the finalists. It is a voting process wherein the most popular hotel will emerge as a winner. The Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards is basically a popularity choice award hosted by Hozpitality Group.
The team came to support their colleagues who were also finalists for the personal categories. It was a sweet surprise when their hotel was named as the Hotel of the Year.
