I am very professional with my work as a Restaurant Manager, I manage both part of the restaurant FOH/BOH, also handling guest compliant and try to resolve asap, taking guest feedback which is related to food and service quality in our daily base restaurant operations and also maintain the company standard and followed the company SOP.
