Restaurant/ Store Manager- Dubai

Job Purpose:

Responsible for all the service delivery and achievement of the sales, expenses and staff budgets as well as leading the team of assistant managers, supervisor and staff to ensure that service levels are achieved according to the standards set by the franchisor.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly in accordance to the set standards
2. Ensure that the restaurant is well maintained in every aspect.
3. Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs
4. Maintain a good level of staff moral and satisfaction by recognize great performance.
5. Induction training of the new staffs for the operation.
6. Consistently exceed guest expectations
7. Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
8. Protect the health, safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues
9. Be a change agent, constantly reviewing service delivery
10. Develop a culture of actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis
11. Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience
12. Ensure customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently
13. Maintain and further enhance relationships within the immediate locality, namely residents, retail and office tenants
14. Execution of all actions according to marketing plan.
15. Ensuring that all accounting matters including the handling of cash, cash floats is followed according to the set guidelines.
16. Managing Sales and Conversion
17. Agree and support implementation of revenue generation initiatives
18. Create, deliver and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives
19. Having an in- depth knowledge of the menu offering.
20. Ordering of all restaurant related items including food and beverages
21. Recording of all wastage of food and beverages products
22. Completing of all daily, weekly and monthly paperwork.
23. Responding quickly and positively to changing requirements whether within the department or outside in order to meet business demands
24. Facilitate the creation of business strategies and conduct regular strategy update meetings

- To carry out any reasonable requests as directed by your Manager.
