For a renowned International hotel in Dubai, we are looking for:-
Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager – Leisure
Salary: 13K – 15K
Job Description Includes:
• Understands the overall market – competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
• Uses negotiation skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
• Working with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor attainment of objectives.
• Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
• Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
• Create reports and submit them to the DOSM.
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the DOSM.

Job Brief Includes:
• We are looking for a competent Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales & Marketing in departmental planning and monitoring progress. You will be working to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

Requirements Includes:
• At least 3-4 years’ Experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel property in UAE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Leisure segment.
• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities.
• Excellent connections within DMC’s, ground handlers, local agents etc. knowledge of the European market is a plus.
• Proven experience as Sales Manager or other similar position.
• Experience in performance and operations management.
• Proficient in MS Office, Opera and Quality standards.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.

• The goal is to achieve budgeted segment revenue and targets set by the management and maintain existing accounts by regular visits and work towards establishing new accounts.
