Your day to day
Ensure a positive pre-arrival experience for guests by accurately conveying reservation information, qualifying guest needs, and ensuring precise entry of guest information into booking system.
* Ensures effective resolution of service issues with a proactive approach to guest and associate needs.
* Respond timely to requests for information and assistance from guests by using good judgment when independent decisions are required.
* Answer all in-coming reservation calls promptly with efficiency and professionalism.
* Take reservations and accurately inputting into PMS.
* Answer inquiries of room rates, room locations/directions, and promotions.
* Interact with staff from Rooms Division, Finance, Sales and any other relevant departments and work better together.
* Handle all guest special requests in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records on PMS.
* Address all guest service needs and resolve any service-related problems or issues.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
* Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
* Other job-related duties as assigned.
* Assist other departments whenever necessary in performing all job functions to the hotel's standards.
* Support Reservation Team leaders when necessary.
* Handle guest complaints/disputes following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Maintain confidentiality of all guest information.
* Attend designated meetings.

Qualifications -
* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience -
* 1 year reservations/front office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
