Assess key business objectives and develop learning strategies accordingly
Review/amend training programmes to be delivered to all operational hotel departments
Analyse training and development needs at all levels of the hotel organization and develop plans accordingly
Devise departmental orientations and monitor on the job trainings
Design and passionately deliver supervisory and leadership training
Create individual training programs based on needs, career aspirations and abilities
Address any training and development needs identified so that the employees in new positions are prepared for their new responsibilities
Develop and maintain a system of employee training records
Liaise with Government agencies and other establishments in relation to the training requirements that the hotel might need
Implement training schedules

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5-7 years in a hotel training role
UAE hotel experience essential
Professional qualification required
Candidate must be a pro-active, self starter with a drive for results
