•Female Arabic speaking
•With 2-3 years’ experience in a hotel.
•Computer skills in MS Office
•Read and analyze banquet/wedding event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
•Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, meeting room set ups, audio visual, and banquet service standards.
•Ability to understand and manage room related requirements, such as room blocks, resumes, VIP’s, and master billing.
•Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements. Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.
