*Male or Female
*Preferably Arabic Nationality
*Good communication skills both verbal and written.
*Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
*Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
*Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role is desirable in a 4 or 5 star hotel
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
*Monitors staff timing while entering and exit
*Reports to HR if any staff going without proper approval
*Patrols and monitor all of the Hotel’s areas.
*Provides First Aid to staff in case of injury
*Monitors designated areas if special duty given
*Ensures that Fire Exits doors are kept free of blockage at all times.
*Ensures that fire and safety equipments are in their right places.
*Ensures that doors, windows and gates that are supposed to be locked are indeed locked.
*Controls the Time Office by:
*Helping the staff in their logging in and out.
*Logging outsiders and contractors and giving them badges (contractors or visitors).
*Checking staff who are taking out Hotel’s belongings and checks if they have a pass.
*Checking all gate passes for hotel equipment's.
*To perform all tasks consistently in line with the Hotel standards.
*To treat guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner.
*To adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
