Coordinate therapy services, ensuring ethical and effective services based on best practices are provided. Assists in the training and supervision of Intern Staff Therapists; monitors paperwork and processes of therapists, timely submission of appropriate fee for service paperwork ; and provides direct counseling services to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, maintains a half caseload of 16 clients, provides consultation related to mental health issues to Stand Up Placer staff in other programs.

Assist in interviewing, and evaluating MFT Interns and trainees. 2 Implement counseling services utilizing current best practices in core arenas of trauma treatment, holistic strengths-based case management, danger and lethality assessment, high-risk case management, crisis intervention, healthy relationships, constructive coping, resiliency, and interdisciplinary teamwork. 3 Ensure therapy staff completes required documentation, including client records, service reports and administrative paperwork thoroughly and in a timely manner. 4 Ensure that therapy services are delivered in a manner that is consistent with Stand Up Placer policies, applicable laws, contracts, professional standards, and community expectations. 5 Oversee intake process, manage the waiting list, and ensure high-risk or recently traumatized individuals are prioritized. 6 Maintain professional licensure as required by the California Board of Behavioral Science. 7 Provide direct counseling services, maintaining a half caseload. 8 Develop and implement protocol to ensure that all clients are informed of the financial requirements of their therapy—including Victim Witness, Call Works, CPS, private pay based on sliding scale, and limited no-cost, grant-funded therapy. , Monitor required documentation so that third party payers can be billed in a timely manner. 9 Provide training and professional development to the therapy Interns and trainees on all procedures regarding the delivery of service. 10 Attend intern/practicum fairs and assist in the ongoing marketing of the Clinical Training Program. 11 Assist in the annual Clinical Training Program open house, provided for potential training candidates. 12 Maintain current procedures in the Clinical Training Program procedures manual. 13 Provide Crisis Intervention (CIT) presentations as required by Stand Up Placer Training Coordinator. 14 Maintain thorough and accurate files as required by agency policy. Protect client confidentiality, following protocols to obtain signed informed consent forms for release of information. 15 Assist in the coordination of the Child Assessment Program for all safe house clients. 16 Complete required monthly reports and other documents in a timely manner.
