As the corporate sales manager you are in charge of maximizing sales of the company, set realistic expectations and pushes through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
Responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Successfully manage a base of designated hotel accounts.
Meet established sales goals pertaining to new account acquisition, account production and client entertainment.
Liaise with the Director of Revenue Management to create and execute rate strategy.
To assist Director, Corporate Sales with routine reporting and analytics.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
 As directed; participate in trade shows, conventions, sales calls and promotional events.
 Conduct site tours and host client events for promotion of properties
 Achieve established revenue goals.
Contribute to designated segments of the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel(s) budget and targeted goals.
Strengthen relationships with assigned accounts through sales visits, client entertainment, site inspections and repeated follow-up.
Conduct all sales related interactions with the highest level of professionalism while maintaining Gansevoort Hotel Group standards.
•Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure clarity of common objectives
