Cafe/ Outlet Supervisor - Kuwait

We are looking for a Supervisor who will oversee the daily operation of our client in Kuwait. This person should have F&B background.

It is the outlets that we have where we serve our fresh products (juices, smoothies, salads, sandwiches).

The package for Supervisor between 8-12k AED.

The Main Purpose of the role:
• Ensure the sales volume is in line with the set plan
• Supervise, Monitor & control POS team of the Fresh Market
• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to
• Ensure a high Quality of Sales & customers services
The main areas of responsibility:
• Run the operation of two Fresh Market POS’s to insure that sales & customer service operations are with the Standards
• Ensure the POS’s are neat, clean and organized throughout each business day
• Ensure Asset Protection standards are met all the time.
• Monitor the POS sales & customer service operation to ensure the standard quality
• Prepare & submit reports financial and operational reports to the Area Manager
• Maintains adequate inventory levels, and monitors purchases to control expenses.
• Provides essential soft training regarding product knowledge, Sales Policies and Procedures, and customer Orientation.
