We are looking for a Head Chef who can be involved in multiple properties. The ideal candidate should be specialized in Oriental and International Cuisine with several years of experience in star caliber hotels. Divers experience in several varied locations would be a distinct advantage.
Also, should posses extensive knowledge in developing menu based on property and clientele. Should be a good trainer who is willing to act as a consultant to other senior chefs. The Head Chef is expected to be involved extensively in guest contact, introducing new recipes, training other chefs in new recipes and coming up with specials during different times of the year and during festive seasons as necessary.
