Our client is a multinational corporation and they are looking for a Pan Asian Chef who can create a variety of traditional and unique Asian dishes.
-This global Asian restaurant is at the heart of Kenya fine dining culture.
-Role Maintains quality performance of the restaurant
-Creates and prepares dynamic menus
-Executes longstanding practices and methods for cutting, preparing and cooking food Supervises staff, recipes, menus and other food preparation
-Ensure health codes, safety and sanitation standards
-Creates new menus and frame food portions
-Check and examine inventories of equipment and uniforms
-Key Skills Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
-English Has certifications or relevant to the professional qualifications
-Has excellent knife skills
-Strong management skills
-Exceptional knowledge in traditional and modern Japanese cuisine
-Has flair for new ideas
