Prepares food for various stations. Assists with maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation in kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, empting trash, cleaning counters, ovens, walls, equipment, etc. Prepares food of consistent quality following recipes, production and portion standards. Properly dates all food, rotates stock and keeps food a proper temperature to meet all health regulations. Assist with setting up tray lines, distributing food to various areas, and dissembling serving lines. Maintain compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety and sanitation standards. Ensure workstations have proper level of par stocks and supplies according to daily menu. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality.
