 Targeting new business opportunities.
 Building and maintaining existing relationships.
 Develop and maintain a contact and customer database within the following market segments:
-UAE Corporate Market
-Incentive and Corporate Group Travel
-Industry Partners
 Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows
 Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
 Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts
 Maintain a clear line of communication on sales commitments to Hotel/Chain Operations.
 Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives
 Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.
 To make daily sales calls and to have minimum 5 sales calls a day.
 To keep yourself updated about the occupancy forecast of the hotel.
 At the end of every month Monthly Sales call report with the production report must be submitted to GM office.
 To have the complete knowledge of all the events going on in the city.
 To have the maximum knowledge for the occupancy status of your competitors in the market.
 To make sure that the hotels credit policy is followed properly, not to extend credit to anyone without having approval from the hotel credit department.
 To help the credit department for the payment recoveries.
 Make sure that the hotel entertainment policy is followed very strictly.
