Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows
Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts
Maintain a clear line of communication on sales commitments to Hotel/Chain Operations.
Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives
Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.
To make daily sales calls and to have minimum 5 sales calls a day.
To keep yourself updated about the occupancy forecast of the hotel.
At the end of every month Monthly Sales call report with the production report must be submitted to GM office.
To have the complete knowledge of all the events going on in the city.
To have the maximum knowledge for the occupancy status of your competitors in the market.
To make sure that the hotels credit policy is followed properly, not to extend credit to anyone without having approval from the hotel credit department.
To help the credit department for the payment recoveries.
Make sure that the hotel entertainment policy is followed very strictly.
